FUNK IN THE TRUNK is rapidly becoming the funk presence in Chicago. The band lays down a get-up-and-dance groove influenced by the funk rhythms out of Paris, as well as rock, jazz, blues, soul, reggae, and even Middle Eastern, Latin, and African sounds. It all comes together in an innovative, fun, smack-you-in-the-face brand of funk that always leaves you satisfied.
